    Hi Nikki, The virtue of a common avatar pays off. Yep I did the CSIRO challenge last year. I saw it through to the end and lost 12 kg which was great. Unfortunately it had crept back on too easily, due to work load and a few sports injuries during the year. I'm hoping that MFP and a few other lifestyle changes will get me back on track.

    Tweed Heads and Bryon Bay are in NSW. Where the Gold Coast is in QLD......
