    I think I'm going to sign up for a 10K that's in April, so I'm going to have to step it up! Looking forward to a long run this weekend!

    Going to shoot for 50 miles this month. I do other exercises, so 50 miles will be a good challenge for me.

    Been out for a week due to calf injury. Still tender but did do 2 miles power walking to test it.
    Its going to be ok. Way behind on 100 miles this month but will make the best of it.

    Its going to be ok. Way behind on 100 miles this month but will make the best of it.

    Glad to see you back in action, RudyND! Take it easy on that calf & let it heal..
