Tue (2/21): P90x Core Synergistics - no miles, but ohhh am I sore!

Total: 21.44 miles (Runkeeper gave me 2 PRs today... most miles run in a week and in a month - 49.8 total for Feb, so far)
I don't know if I will have a chance tomorrow to get any in, but do hope to get a nice hike in on Sunday down in the Ozarks

Monday (2/20) - 2.60 miles - did the treadmill while watching an episode of Desperate Housewives. Felt good!

Wednesday (2/22) - 4.89 miles - Night run with a friend who really pushed me for a PERSONAL BEST!
