As an anti-exercise enthusiast, I am trying to change my mindset. This week...
M, T & W I did power walks (40 minutes each at a brisk hurry up and cross the airport before I miss the plane pace).
Thursday I did Yoga.
Friday I will do Zumba (broke down and joined my first class last week).
For the new week I am committed to...
*coming up with a better gym schedule (Yoga and Zumba)
*meeting 4000 or more steps per day
*doing power walks on days I know I'm not going to be moving much
*doing at least 2 power walks min. regardless
*reading and researching exactly what types of exercise will benefit me the most and think through a plan0 -
