OK, in reviewing my commitments from last week I didn't do so well. I did start training, but not as much as I would have liked - the swimming is going to be an issue.
I did not get the office cleaned out, so the treadmill is not there yet
Due to weather and illness I only made it one way on three days for the work commute - instead of both
I did not get back here to review the commitment until today...
So for THIS week I am committed to:
Doing all of the things I said I was going to last week - THIS week! AND start the Blog!0 -

3. drinking more water (bill)....0 -
