    New to reddit, keto & MFP as of yesterday/today. Clearly at the end of my first day tracking I can see that I need to put a little more thought into this ... I'm over by 11 Carbs (not net carbs), but still have 300 calories, 19 g fat & 40 g protein to go. It's a work in progress, and I'm proud that for 2 days I have had 0 grain, starch, and my nemesis SUGAR ... and not even any cravings so far.
