I have hit quite a stall lately. I'm still around, just not weighing-in until I break this plateau!

I was 189.4 this morning...Well, technically yesterday morning since it's 1 am here. I finally lost that weight I gained and was holding on to for about a month. Hoping this is the end of my stall.

OK I realized just now that I'm a little behind on posting. Things have been crazy!!

    3/2 I was 186

I am currently 184 so that's -2 but I've been that weight for about a week or more. My weight loss has drastically slowed, and I can't seem to figure out why. I hit a huge plateau since the end of January. I'm working so hard at it, being consistent... making changes everywhere I see the need to, pushing it harder in the gym, adding variety, etc etc etc. I'm pretty discouraged, but I will absolutely never stop. This is the rest of my life even if I don't lose another pound.
Just wanna encourage everyone else to keep on keeping on, regardless of the number! A life of good nutrition and exercise is priceless and well worth it! ((hugs to all))

No change this week. I hope Easter doesn't mess me up too much for next week's weigh-in.
