Wow. Before this week my longest run was 3.1. I realized now it actually gets a little easier after the first 3 miles. My brother is running a marathon today, so it inspired me to run further. Some long hills in that 5 miles, but I did it in 55 minutes - not bad for me!0 -

Aaah, Monday. My spin class day. Wish those bikes would track the miles. 50 minutes or fast riding and the sweat was literally dripping off me! My legs are protesting running on Sunday and biking this morning though. Think I'll show them who's boss and take the dogs for a walk!
@Healthyally Way to go with cycling. That ride is grueling. My class has a tracking device. I am new at it and cover 20-23 miles in a class. You are probably much faster than me.
I'm actually pretty new at it myself. I only went a few time before injuring my hamstring and being out of things for several weeks. Yesterday was only my third class back since that and I couldn't finish the first week I returned because of tightness in my leg. I enjoy it though!
So far this week:

3/27 6.65 miles (dogs made it for another 2.15 miles tonight. I decided if I'm going to lose weight, so are they!)
