I've been doing keto/no carb/low carb for about a week now and I've been feeling really good about it except for the occasional weakness at the end of the day. I've been shocked at how well I've been doing, and really proud of myself for checking EVERYTHING for carbs now, I've been learning lots !

Rounding out week 1 now.. feeling pretty good! Instead of aiming for 17 carbs per day (my 5% target), I usually just aim for 0 and then end up taking in around 10-15 from pure ignorance (accidental carb-y vegetable consumption, etc). Ketostix are showing ketosis for a few days now so I'm happy!0 -
