I started upping my calories on 4/19/12 and I started at 40.1% BF.

Well as of yesterday I am down to 38.7% BF..... :)

I am so happy for two reasons:

    1) I'm not starving!!!!!!
    2) It's working
    3) my skin is looking good and my nails are not spliting/chipping.

Ok that was 3 and I'm sure I can come up with a few more reasons as to why I love EM2WL!!!!!

I have been looking in the mirror and liking what I see, this may not sound like a big deal but no matter what weight I have been at I always see myself at my highest. It's shocking to me to actually like my own reflection ;)

Not sure if this is an NSV but I actually had to tighten my hrm strap because it wasn't staying up when jumping around exercising. Pants are loose and I'm constantly pulling them up because my hips won't keep them up, and I bought my first ever size 3 jeans, I'm normally in a size 6.

My scale is stupid! My weight appears to going up the scale instead of down the scale. So what! LOL. I am so proud that I was once wearing a 22/24 in dresses. Today, I am wearing a size 20! I was able to slip the dress on over my head without unzipping it. I say that is damn good. I also tried on a size 18 jeans on Friday night while in jcPenney. I was able to do squats in those jeans so I know the fit was real. I decided on Friday that I was going to stick with strength training because it is working. I was trying to go to the gym 3 nights a week for training. However, things would always come up. It is my strong desire to get in the gym 3 nights a week for training and to increase my weight. It is beautiful outside and I want to encourage my 9 year old niece to exercise so, I will walk with her around the track on the days I miss the gym. I am so glad I found this group. I would have given up or blamed myself for the scale not moving but, now I know that the scale is a joke and is stupid. LOL

    THANKS!

    My NSV:

The other day my little girl (she's 2 &1/2) was playing "Mommy" to her doll. She said to my son: "Ok. I the Mommy. I need to go do exercise. You watch my baby so I can go exercise." and then she "jogged" a couple of laps around the house. LOL.

Yay for being a positive roll model!!!!!!!!

I bought jeans at Old Navy today......in a size 6!!! I haven't worn a 6 in eleven years. I was wearing 8s when I started eating more 4 weeks ago and busting out of my 12s when I restarted MFP at the beginning of the year.

A colleague I haven't seen for a while today said "your looking very trim" then added "is it all that Zumba you do?" to which I said thank you but no it's because I'm eating!!

First person who has noticed enough to comment! Been on mfp since jan this year and eating more since beginning of march, but been Zumba-ing since september last year .

All of my pants, shorts & capris can be taken off without unbuttoning or unzipping!! (I teach & therefore refuse to buy new pants so close to the end of the school year). I may have to invest in a belt for the first time in I don't know how many years!

As of this morning I can do 15 push up in a roll(girlie style). Just 3 weeks ago I couldn't even do 5. I am definitely building up my arm strength.

I was discouraged because the new workout shorts I bought in a Medium fit kind of snug in places. Then I looked at them again and realized they are actually a Small. Sales tag didn't match the actual size. I'm psyched about that.

I can do a decent set of real push-ups now. I couldn't do any when I started the S90 program 2 months ago.

My "girls" are sitting up and so is my "bumper" ... woo hoo!!!!

And, last but not least, my kids told me I have "muscle" legs now...lol!!!!

I am a normal weight and trying to be lean. I'm small frame, 5'3. Im trying to be lean and fit. I started exercising september 2011 (think Jillian Michaels workout mixed with Bob Harper). I noticed that I gained 2 kilos. Well, my diet changed since Im trying to eat healthy and within 1200-1500 calories. At first I started to worry about that since I am eating really clean (note: no chips!). I took my measurements and noticed that mu waistline is so much curved and smaller and my lower abs has never been this flat.. How can you explain then the 2 kilos gain? where did it all go? I don't think that I 'gain' muscle, since a fat turned into muscle is still the same mass (or am I wrong?)

Yesterday was the first time ever doing weight training for almost 2hrs. I freaking love it. No more killing myself with boring cardio.
I'm going to start doing 30 minutes of cardio and 60 mins weight training.

Went from a 22/24 shirt being tight to an 18/20 being almost baggy. All this time my weight has been 2-5lbs fluctuating each day.

Now- to buy shirts now or wait a month? lol The best dilemma to have!
