Tried the spinach in 2 different smoothies now and love it! I'm doing about 1/2 a cup per smoothie, does this sound right?
You can use 2 cups and still not taste it!

Awesome!!! That's good to know, can never get too many veggies in :)

Green Drink (that I have, as does my 7 year old daughter and sometimes my hubby every morning)

1 1/2 cups water (sometimes more)
    Big handful of baby spinach
    1 carrot
    1/4 of a cucumber
    1 stalk of celery
Parsley (if I have it on hand)
Handful of mixed frozen fruit (I buy the big bag from Costco and also buy too rippened bananna's on sale to cut up and freeze)
**to sweeten it up for my daughter I add a small handful of frozen bananna's too

Blend away and drink up. Delish and very filling as well as an awesome way to get in a good chunk of fruits and veggies. A lot of times this is my breakfast because it's so filling!!

I make many different kinds depending on my mood, what is available and what my caloric need is also. Last night I had tart cherries from Farmer's Market and strawberries with a Stevia. YUMMO!

Resembles an Orange Julius with a hint of banana :-)
    Juice from 2 average oranges
1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla Almond Milk
    1 pk Truvia
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 banana
    6-ish ice cubes
I measure it all into my bullet, blend and drink. Quick and easy.

*I add some baby spinach when I want to kick up the greens.

2 scoop of Arbonne chocolate protein powder + 1 scoop of Arbonne Fiber
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk or rice milk, may add ice and water
1 tbsp of natural peanut butter 1/2 banana

Tastes amazing! More of a milkshake than a smoothie but still super healthy!

Today I made an orange (whole) , banana (whole), fresh pineapple (6-8) chunks, mango (1/4) with (1/4 slice) apple and added in 2 stalks of celery, 1 grn cabbage leaf, (1/4 slice) avocado, 2 TBSP 2% Fage yogurt, 2 packets of stevia in the raw, 2 capfuls of vanilla extract & 2 TBSP flax seeds (optional) It was similar to a sample I tasted from Jamba juice. Mmmmm good. FH liked it too!

If you want a full serving of spinach in your smoothie it's 1 cup. But you don't taste it with all the fruit.

Do you remember the commercials for Chia Pets? Who knew that the grain used to create crazy characters that grew "hair" before our eyes is considered a super food. According to Dr. Oz it, "delivers the maximum amount of nutrients with minimum calories." The chia seed helps to curb appetitie because it can absorb 12 times its own weight (it swells to make you feel full) and it is packed with fiber, omega fatty acids, calcium, antioxidants and protein. I don't have whey powder but I use 2 tablespoons of ground chia seeds in my bananna smoothie. It doesn't contain as much protein as using the whey powder but it sticks with you a long time!

    1 bananna
    2 tablespoons cocoa
    2 tablespoons ground chia seeds
