Still at it, really struggling lately so just done a 15 min ab routine off youtube - so sore!0

Yesterday I did Sean's workout, the one where you cycle 4 exercises through the 4 min interval. I was only able to do 1 cycle through within 4 min. It's hardcore. I look at his other workout today, and decided to save it for Monday before it looked tough. I did interval on the bike and weight lifting today.0

Sean's Real Time Workout from today.
1) Lateral Side Jumps - 50/50
2) 3 walking push ups 5 mountain climbers - 4/4
3) 5 hops to left elbow 5 knee ups - 3/3
4) 5 hops to right elbow 5 knee ups - 3/3
5) Star Abs Outs - 23/28
6) Bent Over Rows - 2x20lbs dumbbells (sub for Reverse Pull Ups) - 16/12
Weight lifting - 35lbs barbell (it was a too light; I didn't know DH took 10lbs off to use somewhere else.)
5x5 squats
5x5 bench presses
5x5 bent over rows
1 pull up

I am! I keep forgetting to update my scores, I find it harder to write them down on the realtime workouts!! they really push me & I am a bit behind on the workouts as I was ill for about 5 days.

I'm still here I was on holiday in Greece though for a week but I'm back!
About Bodyrock I've actually been doing more of the older workouts on their site when Zuzana was still hosting as well as Zuzana's new workouts (ZWOWs)because for some reason I prefer them and she inspires me more than Lisa (though I have nothing against her and she's very motivated and dedicated) so I don't know if I should post my scores here or not since you probably are all doing the newer bodyrock workouts!
But anyways great scores everyone and keep going!!0 -

I did the Hot Butt Workout from July 1st. It's a rep challenge. It took me 42:30. Also did weights and yoga for stretching.0

I done 200 reps and running up and down stairs. I've really gone down hill. I daren't weigh myself again until i'm comfortable with the way my stomach looks - i look pregnant atm :frown: back at bodyrock routines tomorrow i think.0

Just watched "Wow" *kitten* Workout, the he new host has really bad form for squat and lunge, and she does the sandbag swing wrong. I hope she fixes that. I am going to do that workout tonight.0

I spotted that! I always watch closely for correct form, so guests need to be doing it right especially if it's a new move & for people who are new to it.0 -
I did this circuit I found on pinterest last night. I used the 20 lbs sandbag with the squats, squat jumps, and lunges. I also did 16 lunges instead of 15 lunges, so that both legs had equal reps.

For time - I finished in 18:21.
70 burpees
60 weighted sit ups - 8lbs medicine ball
50 kettlebell swing - 20lbs

done the first 50 star jumps and high knees earlier this evening - they were fine, done the rest of the moves while my bath was running and nearly died. Could only do one round! I am so unfit. Gonna try do 2 rounds tomorrow and 3 the next day0 -

Yesterday was:
Bodyrock workout: used lighter weights for the 2 exercises, so I could do weights afterward
1) Butteryfly: 28/28
2) Side to Side Burpees:10/11
3) Toe Touch: 18/20
4) 10 Mountain Climbers 10 Star Planks: 2.5/3
5) Seated Raise - 8lbs medicine ball: 20/22
6) Wood Chop - 8lbs medicine ball: 18/20
Weight training: I upped my weights by 10lbs on every lifts
5x5x5x5x5 75lbs squats
5x5x5x5x5 75lbs deadlifts
5x3x3x4x3 45lbs shoulder presses
5x5x5x5x5 25lbs skullcrushers
10 pull ups (30 sec breaks between pull ups)
10x10x10 hanging knee raises0 -
Done 10 mins yesterday and my god i thought i was going to stop breathing. 20 mins tomorrow whether my body likes it or not!0

I've also been lifting and its awesome!
Yesterday's workout was
1. Goblet squats 30kgx6, 25 x8, 22.5x10
2. Bench press 30kg x 6, 25x8, 20x10
3. Deadlifts 55kgx4, 50x6, 45x8
And then I did the latest ZWOW (25)
which was 30 competition burpees "buy in" to the workout and then 3 rounds of the following for time
1. Pylo fly (squat jumps) x 20
2. Squat and press with bar x 15
3. Lateral jump touch x 10
4. Ab splitters x 5
and completed it in 14''30 !
Sorry I havent posted in a while, been mostly lifting 3x a week and I don't want to overdue it with the HIIT, but I miss it as well so I think Ill incorporate a ZWOW or Bodyrock routine once or twice a week either after lifting or on my rest days0 -
I did the warm up from yesterday, and then followed with weight training. The warm up could be a workout by itself. I didn't keep track of the scores.0

I've just been doing reps lately - the BR trainers are driving me mad not posting a new workout everyday :grumble:0 -
I've been doing BR as my warm up, so not using weights with the moves. And I am not working out everyday like I used to since now my husband and I switch off days.0
