    I love smoothies!

I pretty much do any combination of this

1/2-1 cup Juice (Apple blends the best if you want to taste other flavors...I personally like orange because I like the orange taste)
    1 frozen banana
Any other fruit you want for flavor - blackberries, cranberries, pineapple, strawberries, etc etc....

I take one cup of greek plain yogurt, a cup of light Tropicana juice....berry or fruit punch usually....a handful of spinach, and some diced fruit....apples, blueberries, strawberries, mango, peach, etc.... and just blend. Works well, and it's super filling and low-cal. :)

I never make a shake without Spinach in it! Spinach has no flavor so all you taste is the fruit! I get my vegetables easily that way!

My absolute favorite is the Creamy Mango Banana Green Smoothie

    1 large banana, peeled
3/4 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
1 cup mango, peeled and pitted
    1/4 cup rolled oats
5 small stalks of celery, chopped
2 teaspoons of flax seeds (freshly ground)
2 cups spinach or other leafy green
    6 ounces of filtered water

    So good!
Add all the ingredients except for the spinach and celery to your blender and hit the “pulse” button a few times. Next, add the spinach and celery and blend on high for 30 seconds or until the smoothie is creamy.

To the woman who said she always add spinach to her fruit smoothies because it is tasteless...Thanks me and my garden full of spinach thank you.

Ok, best 100 calorie smoothie ever! 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt, 1/2 cup strawberries, 1 tablespoon Ovaltine... Need I say more?
  • Green Drink (that I have, as does my 7 year old daughter and sometimes my hubby every morning)

1 1/2 cups water (sometimes more)
    Big handful of baby spinach
    1 carrot
    1/4 of a cucumber
    1 stalk of celery
Parsley (if I have it on hand)
Handful of mixed frozen fruit (I buy the big bag from Costco and also buy too rippened bananna's on sale to cut up and freeze)
**to sweeten it up for my daughter I add a small handful of frozen bananna's too

Blend away and drink up. Delish and very filling as well as an awesome way to get in a good chunk of fruits and veggies. A lot of times this is my breakfast because it's so filling!!

1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla Almond Milk
    1 pk Truvia
    1 tsp. vanilla

2 scoop of Arbonne chocolate protein powder + 1 scoop of Arbonne Fiber
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk or rice milk, may add ice and water
1 tbsp of natural peanut butter 1/2 banana
