I love smoothies!
I pretty much do any combination of this
1/2-1 cup Juice (Apple blends the best if you want to taste other flavors...I personally like orange because I like the orange taste)
1 frozen banana
Any other fruit you want for flavor - blackberries, cranberries, pineapple, strawberries, etc etc....0 -
I take one cup of greek plain yogurt, a cup of light Tropicana juice....berry or fruit punch usually....a handful of spinach, and some diced fruit....apples, blueberries, strawberries, mango, peach, etc.... and just blend. Works well, and it's super filling and low-cal.0

My absolute favorite is the Creamy Mango Banana Green Smoothie
1 large banana, peeled
3/4 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
1 cup mango, peeled and pitted
1/4 cup rolled oats
5 small stalks of celery, chopped
2 teaspoons of flax seeds (freshly ground)
2 cups spinach or other leafy green
6 ounces of filtered water
So good!
Add all the ingredients except for the spinach and celery to your blender and hit the “pulse” button a few times. Next, add the spinach and celery and blend on high for 30 seconds or until the smoothie is creamy.0 -

Green Drink (that I have, as does my 7 year old daughter and sometimes my hubby every morning)
1 1/2 cups water (sometimes more)
Big handful of baby spinach
1 carrot
1/4 of a cucumber
1 stalk of celery
Parsley (if I have it on hand)
Handful of mixed frozen fruit (I buy the big bag from Costco and also buy too rippened bananna's on sale to cut up and freeze)
**to sweeten it up for my daughter I add a small handful of frozen bananna's too
Blend away and drink up. Delish and very filling as well as an awesome way to get in a good chunk of fruits and veggies. A lot of times this is my breakfast because it's so filling!!0 -
I make many different kinds depending on my mood, what is available and what my caloric need is also. Last night I had tart cherries from Farmer's Market and strawberries with a Stevia. YUMMO!0

Juice from 2 average oranges
1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla Almond Milk

1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 banana
6-ish ice cubes
I measure it all into my bullet, blend and drink. Quick and easy.
*I add some baby spinach when I want to kick up the greens.0 -
2 scoop of Arbonne chocolate protein powder + 1 scoop of Arbonne Fiber
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk or rice milk, may add ice and water
1 tbsp of natural peanut butter 1/2 banana
