I took a rest day yesterday so I completed my 50 squats today and am about to go start my 50 pushups. I wonder how many I can do in a row on my toes before my body physically has to stop? hmm we'll see0

So far I have completed the crunches, the squats, and the pushups!0

I did 5 reps of 10 for a total of 50 push-ups and I did a 30 second plank....0

✔ Sunday-50 reverse crunches (lie on the floor, raise knees up to 90 degrees, and crunch with hands behind head)
✔ Monday-50 squats (starting from the BOTTOM up)
✔ Tuesday-50 pushups
Wednesday-50 butterfly kicks (lying on back, raise legs slightly off the floor and do alternating kicks up, with legs straight)
Thursday-50 jumping jacks
Friday-50 jump squats (start in a squat position and jump touching your knees to your hands)
:blushing: I did inclined pushups in sets of 10 plus a couple regular.
✔ I earned extra movement points by putting laundry away 1 item at a time
✔ AND doing hiney kicks for the first commercial of every break during the news!0 -

Push ups complete, as well as 75 crunches and for extra movement I parked further up parking lot at gym and pushed myself to do 5 addtl mins on the treadmill. Thanks for this challenge Tanya, it's helping me to push myself a little more each day. And I see everyone is doing such a great job, HIGH FIVE everyone!!!0

55 pushups done in 5 sets, in plank formation... prior to that, i did 50 reverse crunches, and 50 squats...0

I parked in the last spot at Walmart and started from the garden center for extra walking
I also did 25 squats with 12 pound of weight0 -

Did 50 butterflies, 50 jumping jokes, 50 pushups & 50 squats!
I'll add Extra Movements before bed....already did some waiting for the microwave LOL!!!
ADDED: EM- I hung 2 loads of clothes outside instead of using the dryer; did 50 punches & 50 hiney kicks while defrosting meat in the microwave; & did the above jj's, pu's and squats.0 -
