I did the butterfly kicks, jumping jacks and I already did the lunges (I thought they were next Lol). I'll do the jump squats tomorrow and do something extra on Saturday. Today I went swimming and performed exercises while in the pool to burn calories and help with my lower back issues (got to kill 2 birds w/ 1 stone Lol) Oh! I walked to the pool instead of driving which is located a 1/2 mile or more away.0
