Mindful Eating, Exercise and Meditation and still not losing weight.
I've been tracking calories, meditating and exercising for over a month now. I've only maintained my weight. I'm not trying to lose much but it's frustrating. Anyone else have the same issue.

A few ways that have helped me to sleep
I alter what I do, mixing it up so my body does not get too dependent on one particular thing. I sometimes take CBD gummies especially for sleep.
