Hi everyone, I just signed up today and I already feel the anxiety because I have never counted calories. O, if only I could loose 20lbs! i don't know where to start w/ this excitement so any help and feedback would help

I joined MFP recently as well. My tip would be to ensure everything is logged, I was really surprised the number of calories I was consuming!

Probably the biggest/most important thing is to weigh/measure & log everything accurately. If you don't have a digital food scale, it's a game-changer.2
