After doing some research I concluded that the average pre-set VO2 Max of the Polar was lower than mine was and for a more accurate reporting you need to adjust that by doing the fitness test. I've had my Polar M400 since October 2015. I'm still fiddling around with where I should set my calories in MFP. Some days due to activity (obviously) my Polar gives me exercise calories and other slower days it takes away calories.
