It's Monday morning Happy new year!
Hi happy new year everyone. I start my new years with the same amount then last week. 174.5. Over the festive season I gain almost 4 pounds. But today, it's a new day, a new year, lets do this.

Hi, I forgot to write yesterday... I was away from the computer. My week was not that great (I mean over the scale). Around the table it was a good time!!! I finish the year with 3 pounds more. I'm 174 but all my feast are finish!!! I'm not that mad at myself but I know I have to go back on track!
