What healthy Korean foods do you eat? If you are a teacher, do you eat the school lunch with the other teachers? Has your weight gone down since living in Korea?

I missed the Oct 6 run... any others coming up soon?
I'd love to do a 5k/10k to get started in running (well... jogging is more likely since I'm still pretty darned slow and got a few, ahem... a lot... of weight to lose). Anyone know of any coming up soonish or will it get too cold here? I'm new to Korea. Side note: anyone live on Jeju and want to meet for hikes?
