Question on Expectations?
Hi everyone, I'm new to the group, just a week into my Keto diet, and I have some questions about expectations. I am a 5'11" male, starting weight 277 lbs. How did you fare through the holidays?
I ended up having three fairly major cheat days (Christmas eve, Christmas and New Year's eve) but didn't beat my self up about it or feel guilty. New to Keto :.. What's *reasonable?*
I've seen the ratios posted and that type of thing, but how does that relate to *actual* food? Would someone more experienced mind posting a general "meal plan" that they've used? My husband is a fan of the "eat all of the meat and cheese you want!" idea, but I know there's got to be more to it than that.
