Did/is anyone doing this alone? I'm no stranger to the gym and lifting in general but I used to have a gym buddy. Now I have no one and even starting out with just the bar, i'm a little nervous. mostly no one to spot me if the bar starts listing during a chest press or critique my form.

Decisions, decisions...
Saturday, I deloaded my squat to about where I thought I was losing form. I was pretty accurate. I was able to keep the weight where I needed it and push through my heels. Yesterday, I upped the weight and started losing form, I was able to keep the weight back most of the time but still rocked forward and ended up midfoot…
