Middle of night eating ?
I seem to always wake up in the middle of the night wantin something sweet and indulge does any one else have this problem? It ruins my whole day doing this :(

Hi everyone, I am 34 years old. I live in Halifax. My work keeps me busy but i will take the time for this challenge. 10 pounds is what i need to loose. i have the motivation and ready to start today. Good luck everyone! WE CAN DO THIS!! :happy:
