Round 5 how are your holidays going?
Do we have a round 5 spreadsheet? This is such a tough time to stay motivated we need all the tools possible! My first Christmas party is this week. At least the office is going to celebrate at a bowling alley, so there will be movement. And as if the holidays were not enough temptation, LOTSof family and office birthdays.

Well, I was overdue for a weight gain. I can't eat thousands of extra calories and not gain weight, and I know that. So, how to move forward? Do well today. Then start over tomorrow. Stay active, don't eat when not hungry. Just because it tastes good is the worst reason for eating something. Got to remember that one!
