this! although I've been known to have my wine and get on the elliptical afterwards!

My boyfriend has similar eating habits to your husband's and I've found that as I cook more healthily, he is losing a little too; his biggest problem is portion control so I just serve smaller portions to start, then make him wait a bit before going for seconds. I try to cook more of the veggies and such that he's willing…

I wish I'd lose an extra cup size, no matter what my weight/size I always have to go up 2 dress sizes to accommodate and it's incredibly annoying! I'm currently a 38DD, if I could get down to a 36C or even a B I'd be absolutely ecstatic!

2 hard boiled eggs, 5 almonds, 2 clementines. Or greek yogurt with half a cup of fresh berries. Green smoothie (3 cups spinach, half cup water, 1/2 cup pineapple, half a small apple, juice of 1 lemon), or a small avocado with a pinch of salt. I usually have about 4 cups of tea with this and it'll keep me sated until…

Add me too! I'm down 10 and have around 40 left to go. I'm finding that what works best for me is meal planning and packing breakfast and lunch on workdays. I also keep reminding myself that this is supposed to be a lifestyle change and try to make small and sustainable changes along the way :) let's do it!

I like clementines, berries, or greek yogurt, they're usually sweet enough. I also keep a small stash of fun size candy bars on hand, having them individually packaged *sometimes* keeps me from going overboard when I need a serious sugar fix! Ooh and the "real fruit" popsicles aren't too bad depending on the flavor!

I've teased people about buying them salt licks as presents, I know a few people who may secretly bring boullion cubes too (although they'd never own up to it)! I refuse to give anything up but I go through phases where I can't get enough salt, or sugar. Or I just want to down an entire bottle of wine. Or inhale an entire…

Breakfast - unsweetened or artificially sweetened greek yogurt. a green smoothie. hard boiled eggs with a small handful of nuts Lunch - turn your sandwiches into lettuce wraps. Soups Dinner - lean proteins and lots of veggies, I LOVE zucchini noodles when they're in season Snacks - nuts, cheese sticks, veggies with hummus…

You can add me! 5'2", 10 down and 37 more to go unless I change my goal! I eat pretty healthy for the most part with the occasional cheat day/weekend.

you can add me too!

I like water, 2 cups of spinach spinach, 1/2 cup pineapple, half a small apple, lemon juice, 1/8 cup of pomegranate seeds, and ground flaxseed. I find that putting it all in the blender in that order seems to yield the best texture. adding a little cinnamon also adds a lot to the flavor, completely changes it. also, I've…

tofu stew? think vegetarian soon doo boo with a miso or vegetable broth, lots of spices. or throw in shirataki or mung bean noodles, those are fairly soft. roasted butternut squash or yams, zucchini noodles can be good bases to start with. if you need fiber in general, green smoothies are good; I usually throw a little bit…

I'm 5'2" and started at 172, I'm down about 10 pounds but have the same issue with losing because of my love for food, good wine, and craft beer. Feel free to add me, I'm happy to help and support :)

invest in a really good skincare regimen!

pumking is one of my favorites! river horse's hip-o-lantern's good too!

rub it with a mix of minced garlic, a little each of rosemary, oregano, salt, pepper, and a tiny bit of lemon juice and roast it over potatoes in the oven. how much of each spice depends on how you like it and how big the pieces are, you just have to watch it to make sure it doesn't overcook :)
-
absolutely! about 40 pounds to be precise...when you're happy you get comfortable and a little complacent, we're currently working together to get healthy again because we both gained a lot!

Soreness usually only lasts a day or so after working out and dies out after your body gets used to it, I say talk to your doctor if it's really really bad and lasting a long time. Otherwise, a couple advil and a warm bath helps a lot!
-
add me if you like! I've got about 40 left to lose but I'm logging every day and I'm happy to help :)

I say green smoothies like the above posters! if you add pineapple or banana, their flavors take over everything else, and adding some cinnamon will help too with taste!
-
oh and stuffed with whatever type of meat/rice/other filling you like and baked in the oven
-
some are great roasted with a little olive oil, salt and pepper as a side dish! or julienned and substituted for noodles!

You can add me too!

potato soup! 2 russet potatoes, diced (I'm too lazy to bake them and the potatoes stay intact this way) 1 cup chopped onion 1 cup chopped carrot 1 cup chopped celery 3 cloves minced garlic 2 quarts low sodium fat free chicken broth 1 medium to large head of cauliflower, cut into florets bring 3-4 cups of chicken broth to a…

I've had the same issue, I had to resort to the old manual way of entering one ingredient at a time, that seems to be working for the time being!
-
I have the same issue, I'm on 1200 calories per day and I fall off the wagon about once a week and when I fall off, I fall OFF. Like half a large pepperoni pizza falling off, and that's just dinner. A few things that have helped me are proportioning (I'll buy a few snacks but weigh them out into individual portions on a…

Try substituting apple sauce for some of the oil when you bake, you can also use refined coconut oil instead of butter or shortening too! I like a lot of recipes from Annie's Eats, her recipes are pretty easy to follow and healthy too! You can add me and look at my diary if you like to get some ideas, I do have the…
