  • I got the video's done today plus my work outs. I am under my calories although I did eat back my exercise calories. It was a very hungry day!
  • Hubby had different plans for my rest day. We went for a 1 1/2 mile jog and a 2 3/4 mile walk. I was even able to get it on the spreadsheet!
  • I did take a good long walk with my sister this morning and I have logged it. Sunday is usually my rest day as well. I don't usually get home from church in time to log anything anyway. Sorry! It looks like we are still in second unless some of the holes get filled in.

  • I finished the arms workouts for finding Nemo and as I stated early I also finished the step challenge for climb the Inca trail last night. My back is complaining a bit tonight but I did quite a bit of stretched this morning and I will do more tonight.

  • Sorry all, I'm doing my best but I am still in a lot of pain. I did get the videos done but I can't say that I was able to keep up with them at all! I see the chiropractor again on Monday. Hopefully I will be better by then and ready to go again.
