i dont like it. It has no flavor to me and is runny when mixed. i will usually make the real stuff fit... but i think its a great concept and a little bummed i dont like it.

if im sick i eat at maintenance or dont even count calories. Its actually better to give your body as many calories as possible (its usually hard to est when sick) to have the strength to fight off the bug/virus.

picked these up from whole foods. WOW couldnt tell the difference between this and real meat. I do NOT like fake meat.. it tastes weird. This was amazing. Cooked it for my husband and friends without telling them it was fake meat and no one guessed. super super good.

while in canada my best friend got a hold of these and brought me back two. Yes they are AMAZING... so bummed we dont get them here... or now that ive tasted them maybe its a good thing.

living in california i think its mandatory to eat them. We go through avocados like crazy. I eat them everyday in one form or another. I pretend they are 0 calories lol!

i save peanut butter for pb&j toast. Bagels are always cream cheese. I change the flavor of cream cheese depending on the flavor of bagel.

i refridgerate everything. Even things that done need to be/shouldnt be. I dont like food out.

i dont track sodium or sugar. i eat a lot of fruit and i dont track my salt when cooking. I do use a ton of salt tho lol (salty palate) and all my bloodwork as always been fine.

i dont track sugar because i eat a lot of fruit... like watermelon and id go over everyday!

i love eating, as most do. I often go over my calories and instead of punishing myself i try to make up for it. I will go on a 30-45 min walk, do a work out video, play just dance. It helps me get more active and i dont need to feel guilty.

eggs- i either want them or want nothing to do with them. yogurt- same as above thats about it usually everything i like im scrambling trying to figure out how i can eat it all in one day lol!

chips and salsa/guac any carb ever probably any fat ever. pizza. edit- watermelon, i eat it everyday regardless if its in season or even really that ripe or good. obsessed forever.

your posts are hilarious to me. You are so beyond wrong... vegans so not use or consume animal products and if one does they are not a vegan. it IS black and white. Good lord.

i have personally drank a bottle of champagne and eaten so much food it hurts.. we havent even had our thanksgiving meal yet lol. today is a good day and honestly im just thankful i get to have warm food today.
