    Protein sludge
    Proats
    Tilapia
    Swai
    Chicken
    Lobster
    Asparagus
    Broccoli
    Cauliflower

@Gallowmere1984 what's your protein sludge recipe? And amen to cauliflower, lobster and broccoli!

Current favorite that I'm using on my turbocut:

    30-40g vanilla casein
    50g 0% greek yogurt
    10g cinnamon roll whey
    Water to give mixability
Put in freezer for an hour or two

    Normal non-cut:
    40g vanilla casein
    100g 0% GY
    100g 0% regular yogurt
    50g ff cream cheese
    50g ground up Rice Chex
    16g natty PB
    50g frozen blueberries
Put in freezer for an hour
Consume using slices of pink lady apple as the utensils.

Yum, chocolate/peanut butter sludge. I have a few variants, but my favourite which is also the highest calorie

    50g choc/peanut butter casein
    20-30g peanut butter
    150g Vanilla yogurt
    15g chia seeds

    The better calorie option:

    70g choc/peanut butter casein
50ish ml unsweetened vanilla almond milk
Topped with 120g cottage cheese (instead of icecream )
