  • Yesterday was my rest day so I took my dogs for a longer walk, today is my day 38 and I am weight lifting again :)

  • Yesterday was my day 34! I can not believe it...hope I counted right :) I had my weight lifting training and it was time to switch from 2x10 raps to 2x11 raps! Crazy, love it! Today I have to buy some fabric for a sweater that I'm doing, so I am going for a bike ride ;)
  • Everyone is doing such a great job and thanks for the encouragement! Yesterday was my day 28 and we went on a small hiking tour for two hours and autumn is beautiful! Today I'm doing my weight lifting program.

  • OMG this weightlifting is awesome! Yesterday I didn't get a single drop of sweat and today almost every muscle in my body hurts. So for my day 19 it's gonna be yoga, stretching and dog walking. Happy to see a lot of newcomers! Good job everyone! <3

  • Hi! Finally back home. We went to visit my boyfriend's parents for the weekend and every time we do that my workout and diet regime flies out the window! So my only exercise was dog walking...3 days of eating home made baked goods and slow dog walking...Anyway today I'm back on track! 45 min of hard core Insanity workout…

  • Hi everyone! So Monday 5 miles running, Tuesday 45 min of Insanity workout and today is my rest day, so that means walking my dogs for an hour. Today is my day 13 :) Never ever thought I would train 13 days in a row!

  • hi guys! Day 9: 40 min of lifting weights. First time for me, quite interesting. I am more used to cardio workouts. Anyway I'll see how it goes...bye!
  • Yea you're right it really does! I did walk my dogs, but it was just 20-30 min easy slow walking, and I don't count that as an exercise. Anyway today day 8: 1hour of running.
  • Hi guys...I've been really sick these couple of days, but today I'm finally feeling a bit better so I went for a one hour walk through the woods. And yes, my dogs loved it :) Day 7. I am hoping for more intensive workout for tomorrow.

  • Hi everyone! Today I went to buy some fabric for my fashion collection. Usually I go with my bike, it takes me 30 min to get there and back home. So since I was already on a bike I decided to take a longer route and did one hour of cycling. Point of this story - you can use your daily routine for exercise. :)
  • Hi everyone! Just got home from running for 45min and saw this crazy challenge! I can't believe I'm gonna say this - but count me in! Boy am I gonna regret this when it rains ;)
