  • I am a slimfast user. I drink slimfast every morning for breakfast. Plus as a meal replacement if needed or a snack. I also add a scoop of protein whey powder to add more protein to make it more filling. I use the powder slimfast & the ready to drink shakes, i also like the Atkins ready to drink shakes.
