Summer is coming and i want to try adding raw squash & zuchinni & other fresh garden vegetables to my smoothies. Is the nutritional value in garden veggies the same fr raw as it is for cooked foods.?

Depends - some veggies lose or gain certain nutrients based on the cooking method. Most veggies have a raw entry on here or you can check the USDA website. I make a smoothie with carrots and spinach and I've heard recently about using riced cauliflower.

I've actually recently developed a taste for green smoothies. Before i was making smoothies with only fruit. But after seeing the movie "Fat, Sick, & Nearly Dead" I decided to try adding spinach in my smoothies. I like it as long as i add pineapple & granny smith apples to make it sweet & hide the taste of the spinach. I like Joe Cross's mean green juice too. I have a Nutribullet, and the Nutri Ninja & a Breville Juicer.
