Lunch... I followed the Williams-Sonoma recipe for Provolone & Pancetta stuffed Chicken Breasts, we had that for dinner the other night, so this is the leftovers as a sandwich, MMM!

mistikal, they looked a whole lot prettier than they tasted, but the BACON was great! I fill up a foil-lined rimmed baking sheet with bacon (about 10 strips) and bake it off until just barely crisp, MMM... the leftovers go into a Clubhouse Sandwich for lunch...

How I diet is how I diet, others shouldn't judge, but be supportive, as I THOUGHT this was all about. 1000-1200 calories per day for women is recommended, here's the thing ... I never lose on ounce on 1000. Being an older female, I have found that 800 works for me and funny thing, I'm not hungry. I really want to cook and bake though.
