I no longer need my CPAP machine, I haven't used it in 3 weeks now. Sleep apnea has completely dissapeared  I also bought "skinny jeans" at size 36 that fits me very comfortably.

I woke up to .8lbs away from a 50lbs total weight lost.

My Kirkland bars feels like I'm chewing into leather lol. I like them, they were passed on to me because it was the most horrible thing they ever tasted. Any protein is good protein I say..

:o that's amazing! congrats!

Hell yea! I'm in! But I post most my stuff on Instagram!

Last weekend I was up 10lbs, within two day I was down 12lbs.. Don't get hung up on the scale reading. If you do everything correct with weighing food, and counting calories correctly there's no way to gain. Especially not 2lb of fat within a day.

Welcome! It does get better once you get the hang of it. I weight everything, and I meal prep so its easy and quick to track. I eat a lot of the same things each week.

Many of us have done this cycle over and over again, the important thing is that your back at it again. Something will stick for sure!

I have the Fitbit Charge 2, I have it for motivation and for me to set a benchmark. I never used to walk, now I'm aiming for 10k steps a day. Any activity is good activity, it just helps me keep motivated.

I'm a completely different person in so many ways. Still very embarrassed and quite self conscious posting this, but here goes nothing. :#

Added you! You can do this! If you need any help with anything just shoot me a message... Also, getting on the bike is the easy part, getting up off the couch to put in the work is the hard part. You've already gained so much by just getting off the couch to make an effort.

All the power to those who make it 7-12 months low carb'ing it. It's just not sustainable for me, and no need for it (not for me at least). To each their own. Everyone just needs to find something that they can sustain and won't derail with.
-
For sure! I agree with you 100%. The amount of rice I eat now is nothing compared to what I'm used to. To each their own how they want to go about their weight loss and what works and doesn't for them.
-
I agree, I've cut these so called bad foods numerous times before, and failed miserably every single time after 2 weeks.. gained the weight back and then some. Now I eat rice twice a day.

Good morning BelaHasan, I'm down just a couple pounds shy of 30lbs in 2 months. I eat rice daily, bread a couple of times a week, and I drink 1 sugar in my coffee, sometimes I have 1-3 coffees a day. Build your self a sustainable daily meal, I chose to eat 5oz of meat (chicken, beef, turkey), 1/2 cup of rice, and 1 cup…

Nice! Keep it up. How much was your total weight loss?
