  • Update: Back from my holiday and it was rubbish! Ended up with food posioning and came back weighing less!
  • Thankyou so much everyone! Just need to remember if I do gain it's not like I'm starting from the beginning again! Thankyou!
  • Don't buy it. I work in a big chain shop where this is sold and it is awful. No research and customers always complain. Same with raspberry keytons, green coffee and so on. The only supplement which is good for fat loss is CLA but only works for the first time you use it
  • I don't log any of my walking etc as part of a job where I'm 9/hours of standing walking and running. If it's something you do regularly don't log it but if you end up doing it daily I would adjust your calories so you take into account your new active day
  • Yeah it's like a syrup made from apples grapes and carob. I like it because it's low in cal and carb and GI but also because of the taste. I feel it's done better for me more than sugar but I'm no nutritionist but it's much better than aspartame based products which is most sweeteners here in the uk
  • I used a liquid fruit sweetener called "sweet freedom" low cal and no after taste and I'm someone who used to need sugar!
  • I always go with porridge but leave it as late as possible. Something slow released is best so you don't get hungry bang on 12
  • It sounds like your not logging accurately. I'm a veggie and loose 2lbs a week on 1290 eating pretty much 90% carbs. Also unless you were immobile before long walks will not be beneficial for weight loss. Try switching you exercise to sprints or quick intervals which get into the fat stores. Uphill walks can help but…
  • I'll be my ideal weight on the 6th of June... And that's eating 1200 cals and working out 3 times a week. Gotta push myself to get there
  • 4days into April and I've lost 1lb, 5 more to go! Keep going gang.
  • Thanks! I find it personally more enjoyable than doing weight training away. But yes the overall feeling I'm getting is that I'm just not being patient and giving my body time to adjust to it all.
  • It's really frustrating! You know you can do it because you have done it before but there's just something in the way
  • I had this last night! Ive recently changed my calorie goal and it does mean I am more hungry than normal. Ive spaced out my food well however woke up at 2am stomachs growling and not being able to sleep for an hour because of it
  • I've thought about that however for me I just want to be that lower number on the scales
  • I found that when I was weight training the muscle I gained meant that I was almost gaining pounds thought i was loosing fat. However I stopped about 2 weeks ago and am doing HIIT training which seems to work better
  • I'm in! 6lbs for me
