If i was as young as you Joy I might consider doing all the exercise you do, but walking all day, not just day to day movements, does count when you are as unfit as myself. you are most likely building muscle and loosing fat. A few years ago in one of my failed attempts at a weight loss meeting our team leader said that she had dropped three dress sizes but not shown any loss on the scales. I took some hope from that. You would definitely be toning up.

Good grief, that's me talking. I seem to eat for every occasion, stress being a great reason. I would love to make it through a day, without being tempted. No, I dont have any suggestions, except we try to achieve one goal in our weight loss journey a day.
