I have been dieting my whole life....it seems to be a yoyo process. I exercise more than I ever have, but I let life get me down....and put what I shouldn't into my mouth. To be honest, that means a lot of things in my mouth, which ends up in my stomach. I figure, if I can be good even 70% of the time, I'm doing better than I was. So, it is one day at a time for me. I need help with emotional eating....anyone have any tried and true suggestions?

    Good grief, that's me talking. I seem to eat for every occasion, stress being a great reason. I would love to make it through a day, without being tempted. No, I dont have any suggestions, except we try to achieve one goal in our weight loss journey a day.
