I have been doing T25 for 12 weeks, I'm currently in the gamma phase. I feel stronger but the scale has not budged. I was 195 when I started and I'm 195 now. I really dont know what else I can do. It's a really tough workout and I've improved a lot with cardio endurance and strength moves. It's just frustrating to put in the work and not see any visible results. Anyone else experience something like this?

Are you tracking your calories? You need to be in a calorie deficit to lose weight.

Yes i am and for a couple of weeks now I've only been drinking water. It's part of the reason I'm so frustrated

Have you been weighing yourself accurately under the same circumstances? Also, How big is the deficit you are currently running?

you are most likely building muscle and loosing fat. A few years ago in one of my failed attempts at a weight loss meeting our team leader said that she had dropped three dress sizes but not shown any loss on the scales. I took some hope from that. You would definitely be toning up.

    No on the building muscles.

OP are you weighing all your food?? Are you being accurate with your food diary?? Counting every bite. How do you figure out your exercise burn??

    500 calories deficit

And yes I've been counting every bite. But I never eat back what I burn because I cant be sure exactly how much that is.

If you are not weighing ALL your foods then most likely your not in a deficit. Weigh ALL foods, not just protein!!

Weighing is key, including pre-packages food like slices of bread and eggs. Also key to weigh things like beans, rice and quinoa and measuring them yields larger servings.

All fats used to cook, all salad dressings, etc.

Just hang in there and really tighten up the logging.

Have you taken measurements? Are your clothes feeling loose?

But how is the food? Are you getting enough water? Measurements/photos. I'd also say its probably muscle taking over.

I've othes do fit better but not enough to go down a size in my bottoms. And yes with pictures I can see a slight different. I guess it's just not as much as I've hopped. But I'm just going to keep at it and take it one day at a time. Thanks!
