Thought I'd let you know that I bought a bike and have ridden it most days since I bought it a week or so ago :) I'm also looking at things that I can volunteer for while balancing work. I'm thinking the RFS at the moment, but haven't yet looked into it in great detail :) thanks for all your suggestions!! :)

I'm really curious though, is there anything that people think us Aussies do that is weird? I'm insanely curious

Thanks :) you can add me if you like. My iPad won't let me do it because it hates me :/

I have no intention of staying at maccas, don't worry about that. Honestly? I'm 18. I did want to be a teacher last month, then a vet the month before that, then a nurse the month before that. A teachers aide is just this months muse. I actually have no idea what I want to do haha

Ive actually been thinking that I need to find something to do. I just don't know what. I've never really had a hobby before; I might find someone really fun one day, and then never pick it up again because when I think of it, I don't think it sounds interesting

I have a job, at macdonalds of all places, and I really hate it. I live in a small community, so that, combined with being unskilled, is making it so hard for me to find another job. I want to become a teachers aide, but I'm not starting my course for another 6 months

BMI is not a good measure to go by I don't think. BMI only takes into account height and weight, so you could have two people with the same BMI, one person has a high BMI because of the amount of body fat they have, the other because of the amount of muscle. Even though they have the same BMI, one person is probably…

I'm surprised people are saying there is nothing wrong with skipping breakfast. I've always heard it is the worst thing you can do. Kick starting your metabolism and all that

I'd be happy to be there with you on that journey. Add me if you like :)

Make sure you enjoy your night. Don't be too worried about calories etc. one night is not going to be the death of your diet.

Lately I've been drinking those up and go's. What do you guys think about those? I think the fact that they are flavoured means they probably aren't the best choice, but I figured something is better than nothing

I've heard a few different things about milk, for example that low fat or skim milk is worse for a diet than full fat? I, for one, can't see why that would be true, but it's just something I've heard
-
I don't think there is anything wrong with including milk in a diet, particularly low fat or skim milk, and also if you have no other sources of calcium in the diet :)
