Erm actually its safe to lose 2 pounds every week, unless your horrific at Maths then 2 X 4 is 8 pounds in a month which is probably ill advised and not what I am trying to lose. Grr pointless comment.

I was going to go down to 1000 until I was back at 8 stone which is 112 pounds then go back to 1200 when at this weight. I am 121 pounds, not 130

Just to clarify I have previously dropped a stone in 2 weeks through a break up & stress - I realise that this was way too much of a drop and didn't feel comfortable at this weight, however I am a small height and have a very petite frame so anything over 8 stone does feel chubby on me.
