I felt way less bloated and slimmer today so I got weighed and lost a pound! Not linear

I just run with the club and work out with a pt and cycle so at least 5 hours a week. I've checked on a few calculators and I'm within my quota easily. Thanks for answers.

Hi I'm 5"1 and 37 I've struggled it would appear on my graph stats for 6 months putting on losing etc. I think ( totally estimating) I was eating too much back after exercise as I exercise quite a bit and presumed I could eat whatever afterwards. I'm eating 200 calories under bit I know some people who train hard just eat at their TDEE

I have pre logged this week so was curious about the macros and researched a bit. Today was way off plan as I've been to a birthday party. Also I've calculated my TDEE as I exercise a bit and if I go too low on calories I end up giving up. Does this work for you guys?

I've put on and lost the same 4 lbs for 6 months now and ultimately need 10-12 off. I'd be grateful for any help and support
