  • I am restarting it bec I was not feeling well for 3 days. Super nausea but I am restarting! 10 weeks here we go!! I've done it before and lost 18 pounds and 10 inches. And that was eating normally and eating 1300-1600 calories a day sometimes more with cheat days.
  • Detoxes aren't actually good for you. They just make you poop and it actually gets rid of good gut bacteria that's needed to fight infections and you don't need to "detox" your body does this naturally. They are glorified laxatives

  • Keep going!! You're doing great. That's why I hate weekly weigh ins. They discourage you. Take your measurements as well as your weight. It makes a huge difference! I too am wanting to get below 200! I started at 216 (this time). You can do it!

  • Any carbonated drinks make your stomach expand. Which is why they say people gain the weight from diet drinks(and all Pop). I drink an insane amount of diet coke and it's definitely not my problem as soon as I ate better and exercised it came off. And I gave it up for a while and didn't lose any faster.
