I had a great week last week and lost 2.4 pounds! I did break a little bit and ate a few pieces of Halloween candy, but definitely worked it of exercising! On Saturday, my family did a 5K together. I couldn't run the entire thing but did run probably 2 miles of it! I have to stay motivated this time! I have quit too many…

I did awesome yesterday! I was so proud of myself! I was at the low end of my calorie range and worked out for 45 minutes! I ended the day with eating about 1400 calories and burned about 2700! And I felt great about it! Hoping I can avoid all the candy in my kids' bags tonight they bring home from trick or treating!

This will be a great challenge. I have about 30 pounds to lose so a 10 pound loss by Thanksgiving would be a great jumpstart! I am in. Starting at 170, would love to be 160 by Thanksgiving!
