  • Sounds legit. I guess I was more lax than I thought I was. I didn't realize I did quick add so much. Now that I look back through the diary.. good grief. Time to get back at it.
  • It should be open now. I've been using the sworkit app on my phone. I just synched it to mfp about a week ago so I can see what it says my calorie burn is. I know it isn't 100% accurate, but sometimes the app freezes, so this is how I can see what it thinks I did.
  • Bikini body mommy challenge on YouTube is what I'm doing right now. She has 4 challenges that each last 90 days. She mixes up strength days and cardio days. I'm only on day 5 of the first challenge and so far so good. I'm not really a big fan of workout dvds, but I like this one.

  • Somebody at work finally noticed I've lost some weight. Only 11lbs, but that 11lbs moved me down from a size 18 to a size 16. And I'm getting so close to breaking the 200s. Maybe another month and I'll be in the 100s.
