I am so proud of you. It is hard, but worth it. A few years ago I lost 50 lbs. That sure makes a difference. Keep it up.

We lost our 14 year old King Charles Cavalier last Sept. We had tears for a long time. Missed her terribly. We did get us another one. That helps, but oh the good memories we had with our passed dog.

When I was at my peek in road racing I could do several 4:55 miles. I trained and ran 10,000 meters and 1/2 marathons.

Yes, I plan on keep track of my exercise and calories at least for now. It keeps me accountable. It has worked well for me in maintaining my weight and fitness. I can't see changing that. I don't want to be the one who is like a yo yo. I want to maintain and look good all the time.

Too bad. I know you would have worked on your weight! He needs to love you for who you are. You are concious of your weight, no one has to tell you. Hang in there. You will meet someone who loves you the way you are.

I am a long time runned and believe in being in shape. It does help your self esteem to have your body fit and in shape. I should say you look marvelous. I want to congradulate you on all your hard work. It defineately made a positive differecne in your appeance.

I am on 1300 calories. I lost 40 lbs. I am maintaing at the same calories. My exercise varies.

My wife had breast cancer. She had chemo. She is a 3 year survivor. She refused Tamoxifin and is doing well. Tamoxifin messes with your homones. She went to a Bio-dentical doctor and he has got her back to her normal self and desires. It takes work, but you have to be your own advocate.

Need more friends to encourage and keep motivated. I like active friends. I am very active and love to stay in shape. I ride a bike and run races occaionally.

It's absoulutly amazing what you have done. I am so proud of anyone who will take the time and dedication to take care of themselves. You look so good being fit and in shape. Throw those old cloths away and fit into those smaller shapely cloths. Great!! Amazing!!

I got rid of my cloths as soon as I couldn't wear them. I will never return. I have manintained for 3 years now and am still into my 32" waist. I never plan to change that unless it is a 30" waist.

Try hormone replacement. Ask you doctor. That really works for my wife. Lose weight and feel good at the same time.
