  • I'm 5'8" and currently weigh 157 lbs with a goal of 150. Last time I saw my doctor they said my goal was still "high". Honestly I feel good where I am at and I'm shocked at how dramatic the change has been. When I hit my goal I will have lost 40 lbs. I have a feeling I will be about a size 6 or maybe a 4 at goal.

  • @heatherc369 You recorded your weight twice during the first week, that's probably why its off on the spreadsheet. Also losing one pound a week is great. Some weeks you will lose more, others less but from what I've seen it usually balances out in the end.

  • That is what I normal do. I'm fairly inactive though so each week my charger still has about 1/2 battery life when i remember to charge it on the weekends.

  • You mentioned trying to "fix" things by eating healthier after the junk food. Eating the things you mentioned in moderation is OK as long as you fit them into your daily calorie goals/tracking.
