  • Great to see everyone killing it! I had a 4 mile walk today-it's my rest day and it felt really good. Does anyone struggle with running in the heat? I was supposed to do 3 miles yesterday and had to stop at 2. I felt like a failure :'( even though I know it was the right thing to do. Happy that tomorrow is another day!
  • Hmmm, well we don't get the storms, but do need to be aware of Tsunamis and earthquakes, so will make that my goal. Great idea!

  • I had a lovely 4 mile "run" this morning. I'm slow as can be, so even calling it a run is questionable, but it is what I do. I did two miles then my mom called so i walked the two miles back. It was a lovely morning even though it was way warm for me. What did you all do? Hows everyone doing on the training?
  • I love my fitbit charge. I also use the Garmin 15 which has a pedometer built into it. It is a bit bulky which is why I use the fitbit for every day.
  • I just started today. I'm 5'2 and 183 lbs. It was tough, but I love it. She's a great trainer.
  • This one is easy peasy. We don't eat a lot of red meat - sadly for me. Anyways, we are having a sw chicken salad for supper. thanks for great start for daily challenges! :p
  • I love the Victoria Secrets bras. They are a little spendy for me, but well worth it.
