I find it the opposite, weight watchers is a lot more restricting because they highly penalize food they determine "bad" on their plan. You can't log a donut as 190 calories and move on, a donut would be my entire day of points. In that way, I think calorie counting leads to easier maintenance for every day life, but WW…

Im a mom of 3. I weighed less when I gave birth to my third than I do months after having my second. My highest non pregnant weight was 167, and my lowest was 123. I'm currently 130, trying to get back around 120. (Also, I'm 5'3 and 31 years old)

I lost 40 # from my heaviest POST baby weight. I've had 3. I actually weighed less at delivery with my third than I did a year after my second. You have to really want it, because it all comes down to portion control and long term moderation, but it is possible.

I've had one person do this to me (it was a male though, he was trying to help me with lifting technique) and I thought it was cool! It didn't come off as weird. I agree about context, but I love geeking out with people :)

I'm 5'2 also. I weigh 130 right now, and I honestly look pretty good. My arbitrary goal is 118-120, may hang out and reevaluate. I want to be able to have enough calories at maintenance to enjoy my life, but I have 3 kids and am in my 30s *shrug*

I just wanted to say you can do it! After my first baby I was about 15# from pre pregnancy weight, never bothered to try and lose the rest. Got pregnant again, this time, lost back to about 20# above pretty fast, but then gained 30# extra. I decided I'd had enough... Got down to BELOW my pre pregnancy weight and got…

My arms were wet noodles a few months ago, but I can see definition even when not flexed now. Can do about 7 push ups, working on pull up progression. I've never done a pull up in my life! I started w dumbbells. Dumbbell bench press, rows, overhead press, kickbacks. As far as arm work goes
