I've been eating a ton and gained 10# but...

Deadlift question.
We have fixed weight barbells at my gym. I've been using them to work up to weight plates. I deadlifted 90# tonight, but only twice. Should I do 90# again in a few days or drop to 80# for 5 reps?

Sumo dumbbell squats vs barbell
I prefer the feel of sumo dumbbell squats. Should I be trying to like barbell squats? I'm not 100% comfortable with the bar on my back.

Only dumb bells
My employer offers us use of a free gym. As far as weight training, there are a few pieces of machinery, but for free weights there are only dumb bells. How can I get the most use out of these if I want to start here doing progressive lifting?

Coping mechanisms.
I've always had terrible coping mechanisms. In may I gave birth to my 3rd child under 5 years of age and she also has health problems. Not quite 6m yet and has already had an open heart surgery and her next surgery is planned for 2 weeks. I obviously can't exercise whenever I want , and the stress is really getting to me…

Mental block or.."panic" weight.
I have reached the same weight over and over, 125# and I automatically think I can not lose anymore and I somehow mentally backslide back up to 130-135 and repeat. I'm completely on game until I see that weight and something snaps and I start going over my calories.... Idk, it's all mental and o can't shake it.

Favorite kettlebell?
Looking for an affordable, preferably dipped handle (not metal), kettlebell. I'd like a 40-50 lb one just to use around the house or at work on break. Do I need to spend 100+ $$?

I KNOW you can't spot reduce, but ... can I spot reduce my saddlebags? I know, I know the answer and I can't stop wanting to fight it. I'm feeling really good, but they just don't seem to want to leave. #byefelicia And the app won't let me add a picture. Great.

Help! Still have weight to lose. Can I start lifting?
Should I stick to body weight and dumbbell squats and stuff while I still have about 15 lbs to lose and then start a recomp, or should I start now? I still need to eat at a deficit, so can I start a program while on one? I know muscle gains can't be made in a deficit so I'm confused what to do.

Never again..
I bought light and fit yogurt today because it was in a nice 8 pack. Never again. It tastes so bad. I like my full fat milk greek yogurt. Must suffer through these 8 packs! On another note, never weighed yogurt from a single cup before and it was supposed to be 150/g and was only 132/g. Hurrah!
