What's a good guess for a lunch beef/chicken fajitas without the sides or tortillas?

    There are dozens of versions of fajitas in the food database you could browse. You could also try guesstimating the amount of beef or chicken and log that along with whatever other ingredients are in them individually. You haven't really given enough information to get accurate answers and, anyway, this is the work we all have to do to figure out the calories in the food we're eating.

    So just the protein and veggies? Guesstimate the portion sizes of each separately, and don't forget the oil.
