I have been casually doing body weight squats and low weight deadlifts and stuff for about 7 months. I was wondering if m ybutt looked any different, and you can totally tell that it's raised more and defined, so are my thighs!! I thought it looked different, but thought I could just be imagining it. Purple undies from tonight, blue are 7 months ago. o.o

    Keep it up add lunges- I can see I've been doing sets80 daily thinking to add weight I like doing body squats and plank plank very hard but good results- I made it my daily challenge- good for you
